Julia McMorrough of University of Michigan has included our drawing for Conversion of Flask Factory, among many worldwide contributors, in her recent book “Drawing For Architects”. Thank you Wendy for her artistic contribution, and Tommy for his witty creation of the room signage (an association with the precision of a stainless steel flask, the history of the site)!

In collaboration with MDMA | Martine de Maeseneer Architects from Brussels, Eureka (Annette Chu & Gabriel Lee) was in Value Factory Architects in Residence programme last week as part of the 5th Shenzhen Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture. As an experimental ground, MDMA and Eureka steered the different teams from Belgium and Value Factory Academy members to investigate the possible scenarios for this glass factory in Shekou. We saw some exciting cultural exchanges, reinterpretations, and shall look forward to see the result of the research and design process….Good luck everyone!
